1. If you 'with reference to have fever, I try to avoid the sticky rice dessert or herbal food (eg herbal chicken soup), if not he will make your body warmer.

2. I drink at least daily water 2LT to prevent pain troat. Anyway water is good for your health. Remind But, do not take too much, because everything that is not too good.

3. You should exercise at least once a week.
